Before Payment
Please always double check the order content, including contact information, mailing address, colour, size and quantity.
Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been paid.
Please complete the payment within 3 calendar days, otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
We encourage you to complete the payment as soon as possible as orders will be handled according to the payment sequence among customers.
After Payment
Once payment has been verified, we will confirm the order and reply your message within 2 working days.
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to the local delivery services company within an estimated 5 working days from the day your order is confirmed.
We will inform you through email when your order is dispatched.
